Returning one item purchased during a combo

• If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price. Eg. If you purchase 2 cotton trousers for Rs. 1399 with a discount of 15% while one of them is priced at Rs.799  and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 600 (1399-799). Similar Terms & Conditions will be applicable in other product categories as well.
• When you send back items from an order with multiple items, the discount will be adjusted on the basis of the items you keep from the order. Eg. if you purchase 4 items and avail of a discount of 25%, In case you wish to return 2 items out of them, then the discount calculation will be revised to the number of products you keep, i.e. 15% for 2 items.

 

In exchanging for something else?

In the event of an exchange, you have the flexibility to select an alternative product of equal or lower value. If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference can be refunded to you to your bank account. This will be completed within 7 working days from the time the parcel is received to our warehouse.Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to make your shopping experience a great one. Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

After the return request has been made to customer service, it usually takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from you and an additional 7 days to initiate a refund after a successful inspection of the product by the quality control department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes approximately 2 days. Receipt of the refund will depend on the payment method chosen by you.

The expected timelines are as below:

*For COD orders refund would be done by Saadaa Credit/E-vouchers

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@saadaa.in within 6 hours of placing the order, Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm.

Please note that some of the orders ship almost immediately and it is not always possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited in the same payment method that was used for payment.

Please note:

For debit card and credit card transfers, the repayment period largely depends on the bank.

Banks will send an SMS to customers for a credit amount greater than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
