According to the Global guidelines, it can shrink up to 5%, however if washing instructions are followed properly, shrinkage can be minimised up to 2%.

For size XS, the length is 37.5, for S 38, for M its 38.5, for L 39, for XL its 39.5, for 2XL 40, for 3XL its 40.5 and for size 4XL the length is 41 inches.

Fabric is too good but size differs . The size i am wearing is S but it is too loose.

The pants are super comfortable and the fit is also perfect. I loved that you all don't use plastic lock for labels and instead use a jute thread and reusable cloth bag for packing, thats very sustainable. One suggestion is if for outer packing you can avoid the use of plastic bag it would be better.
