SAADAA SHAGUN

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I really get a free silver coin?

Yes! Every order with more than 1 product comes with a real silver coin, as our shagun to you. After all, khaali haath kaise bhejte?

When does SAADAA Shagun run?

From 30 October to 6 November 2026. Every eligible order placed in this window gets a coin.

If I order more products, do I get more coins?

Every eligible order gets one silver coin, however many products are in it.

Does every product qualify?

Yes, every product on our website counts towards the offer during the campaign.

Is there an offer if I buy just one product?

The only offer during SAADAA Shagun is the free silver coin on orders of more than 1 product. There is no offer on single-product orders.

Can I buy just the silver coin?

The coin isn't for sale. It's our shagun to you with your SAADAA order.

I ordered before 30 October. Will I get a coin?

Only orders placed between 30 October and 6 November get a coin.

Can I use a coupon or another offer as well?

No. The silver coin is the only offer running during SAADAA Shagun, so no other offer, coupon, voucher or loyalty reward can be used.

Is it real silver?

Absolutely. It's 99.5% pure silver, weighs 2 grams, and comes wrapped with 100% gratitude.

Does it come with a certificate or hallmark?

No, the coin doesn't come with a certificate or hallmark. It's a 2-gram, 99.5% pure silver coin, given as a token of shagun from us.

What's on the coin?

The SAADAA logo, so it's a keepsake from us to you.

How will the coin be packed?

In a jute potli tied with red thread, with a SAADAA Shagun card, just the way shagun should be given.

Is the coin guaranteed?

Yes. Every eligible order placed between 30 October and 6 November gets a silver coin.

Is cash on delivery available?

No. Orders with a silver coin are prepaid only, so your shagun reaches you safely and quickly.

Which payment methods can I use?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets.

Can I apply a coupon or promo code at checkout?

No coupons or promo codes will work during SAADAA Shagun (30 October to 6 November), including loyalty rewards and review reward codes. The only offer running is the free silver coin on orders of more than 1 product. No other offer on Buy 1 will be applicable.

Will I see the coin in my cart?

Yes. Once your cart has more than 1 product, the silver coin is added automatically at no cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders placed during SAADAA Shagun can't be cancelled, but you can modify your order (e.g. size or address until it's shipped). Just reach out to us.

When will I receive my order? Will it reach before Diwali?

Festive demand is high, so we can't promise delivery before Diwali. We'll share your tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, so you can follow it all the way home.

Can I send my order to someone else as a gift?

Yes. Just enter their address at checkout and your shagun reaches them instead.

Can I return my order?

Orders that include a silver coin can be exchanged, but not returned. If anything doesn't fit or feel right, you can exchange it, more than once if needed. Orders without a silver coin keep our usual 14-day return and exchange window.

What if a product arrives defective?

We'll exchange it through our standard exchange process, as many times as it takes to get it right.

How do I raise an exchange, and how long do I have?

You have 14 days from delivery. Visit the following link to place an exchange request: saadaa.in/apps/return_prime

Do I need to send the coin back if I exchange something?

Not at all. The coin is yours to keep. Just send back the product you'd like to swap.

What if the size I want is out of stock?

You can pick another size, colour or product of equal value.

My coin wasn't in my order. What now?

Sorry about that! Message us with your order number and we'll check the packing video for your order and make it right.

Is the offer available in the SAADAA store?

Yes! Visit our store to get your SAADAA Shagun, along with a few surprises in store.

Is the offer on Amazon, Myntra or other marketplaces?

No. SAADAA Shagun is only available on our website and in our store.

Why is SAADAA giving away silver?

On Dhanteras, bringing silver home is a blessing, and in our homes no one is sent away empty-handed. This is our way of saying thank you, with a little shagun from us.

Did customers really get coins last year?

Yes! Our customers received silver coins last year too. See what they had to say.
