• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Update website content as needed
• Have relevant skills and interests
• Can start the internship between Mid-December, 2020 to March, 2021
• Are from Jaipur and neighboring cities
• Should have knowledge of CMS like Wordpress to upload content and blogs.

• Are available for full time (in-office) internship
• Can start the internship between Mid-December, 2020 to March, 2021
• Candidates are available for duration of 3 months
• Working on Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva
• Creating designs (newsletters, creatives, etc.) using Illustrator
• DSLR (Brownie points if you have one)

Customer Relationship & QC Management 

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
• Supervising quality check of our products.

Web Developer Fresher

• The candidate should have : - Strong knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify platform
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in working with different Wordpress and Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections, etc)
• Can start the internship between Mid-December, 2020 to March, 2021
• Update website content as needed
